The blueberry pickers

An 11 x 14 study of the Blueberry pickers. I love the expression on their faces. I intend to do a larger painting of this scene.

About Me

My photo
Glenis Roberge Blogspot
I have always been interested in art for as long as I can remember. I took a drawing course in 1978 at McGill University (off campus course) for Architects. I followed that up with Fine arts studies at John Abbott College and then onto Concordia University. I am fascinated by the world around me. Even when I play golf I am constantly checking the conditions of the day and what is happening in the sky. Drawing and painting is something we can do for the rest of our life and it is constantly a learning experience. I recall coming across something that Renoir said on his deathbed when I was studying art history. He said I finally know what art is all about. Indeed, art can be a lifetime activity and pleasure.
